  Returns PolicyIt is the intention of Sparks Work to sell only quality products. Sparks Work will only replace or repair warranty items, no refunds will be given. Sparks Work or the product manufacturer will inspect or test all products prior to a warranty claim adjustment. Note: in the event of us sending you a replacement for a damaged or defective item, you must return the original item to Sparks Work within (15) days following the shipment date of the order. Sparks Work reserves the right to charge 20% handling fee if the item is not returned within 15 days. Initial and return shipping charges are not refundable. We do not pay for consequential, incidental and contingent damages or costs incurred of any kind, including the cost incurred directly or indirectly in relation to goods sold by Sparks Work. All returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging |
