How will my order be shipped?
We ship to Canada and International. All domestic and International orders will be sent out either by Canada Post Expedited Service or UPS Ground. Depends on the size and weight of the products, we will try to find the most economical rate for you. Before proceeding to the check-out area when you are buying a product, please send us your exact mailing address for an accurate shipping and handling quote
What are your delivery charges?
Since our products varies in sizes and weight, we don't have a fixed shipping for different locations. You will have to send us your exact mailing address for an accurate shipping/ handling quote before proceeding to the check-out area. This is to ensure you will be not be overcharged. Insurance and handling charge at $1.5 per each $100 order.
Can I track my package?
When we ship your order, you will receive an email confirmation of shipment from us which will contain your tracking information, products delivered. Once you recieved the email, you can go to Canada post or UPS's web site to track the progress on your package.
Do you accept local pick up's?

What should I do with a defective item?
If an item you receive is defective in any way, we will be happy to replace it for you. Please read our return policy for full details.

Sparks Work respects your privacy. The information we collect is necessary to fulfill your order and communicate with you about it. We will not share your information with any other third parties. Payment of Sparks Work's products are through PayPal store. For more information about any private information collected please see PayPal's privacy policy.
How to install the auto parts?
Most of the items Sparkswork carry are custom build to specific models. Depends on what itmes you are going to purchase, most of them require minimum installation work, but we do recommend you to install them in a professional auto bodyshop. Usaully it won't cost lots of money, cause it won't take a long time for installation. We also have instructional videos for selected products, will keep adding more videos in the future.
